xLive Has Over 100,000 Members!

xLive has a cool location aware feature that enables members to view who's online using a Google map.

I was looking at the site when it dawned on me - We have over a hundred thousand members now! We opened the site's doors last July, so if you average it out, we've been registering over 8,000 people per month!

As it turns out, our mobile members are busiest online, and the new location aware technology is working towards bringing members closer together.

DVD/Premium Content Needed

xLive boasts a fully featured Mobile site designed for the iPod touch and iPhone.

xLive is growing fairly well right now, and with over 57,000 members we are able to see patterns in content selection by those users. As it turns out the most in demand genre of content right now is Gay Premium DVD content.

For those who do not know, xLive Members can purchase a monthly subscription to premium DVD content rather than spending on each DVD individually. This eliminates the need for any themed currencies or topping up accounts and allows the users to just watch whatever they want, when they want. The goal is to meet them where their needs are, and right now their needs appear to be lacking in terms of broad-range DVD selection.

At the same time, the straight market continues to grow as well, so I am by no means ignoring any particular genre.

Having said that, if you're a producer or distributor of content, please let me know and we can get started on making your content available to our growing membership.

Email From a Father...

Today someone reported their daughter to me for being on the adult website I work with. This is the first time I have received such an email. The first time a parent contacted me was when I worked at XTube - a father found his son, who he learned at that very moment, was Gay. Things like that happened a few times while there but nothing since. Usually it’s a morally correct person reporting suspected minors. Here is their message and my response:

INCOMING EMAIL:
I want these photos removed, this is my daughter, she is only 15 years old. These photos should not even be on here. Please remove them.
