Lance worked on creating XTube in 2004 and later in 2007 moved onto other projects that didn't take-off. Currently Lance is working with xLive.com, an Adult Social Network. Lance is most proud that he has been able to create the policies and procedures (at XTube, ImageBeaver and xLive) that protect minors from sexual exploitation online.
